MOBILE PAYMENT

Waiting at the payment desk in stores is a necessity that repels customers who are increasingly hurried and impatient. This curse is being countered by a growing number of consumers who admit that they avoid this problem by shopping online instead.

This stage, which is an integral part of the customer’s procedure, is often seen as frustrating, demoralizing, stressful, boring or, in addition, a waste of time. Yet, it is this last image of the store or the store that customers keep in their minds and which consequently influences their future purchases.

In the light of this knowledge, Exaqtworld has an independent online payment solution to offer via customers’ smartphones based on its application in2stores. Once payment is made, the customer benefits from access to an “express” payment system that will cause a cashier to remove the Duraltag anti-theft solution. If it so happens that an article is not settled, the cashier's unlocking system (which is connected to the payment system) identifies the anomaly and refuses to unlock.

This solution guarantees a shopping experience that is comfortable and appreciated by a large number of in-store customers who wish to finalize their purchases quickly.

This solution is an efficient alternative that can enhance the in-store purchasing experience in comparison to the online purchasing experience, the main strength of which remains ease and speed of purchase.
