A true purchasing assistant, the application in2shops connects to articles in order to enable customers, while shopping in-store, to access a range of information specifically about the product being scanned.
Customers can now, while in a store, enjoy the richness of information delivered by the internet, for example, videos about the product, ideas for combinations, washing advice, information about the history of the brand, colors available for the article (but which are not necessarily all displayed on the store floor), etc.

ONLY 14% OF CONSUMERS JUDGE INFORMATION THEY OBTAIN ABOUT A PRODUCT WHEN IN-STORE AS MORE USEFUL THAN WHAT THEY FIND ON THE INTERNET.
As a consequence, already 23% of consumers use their smartphones while shopping in-store.
Distribution according to usage typology:
• 9% for photographing the product and sending it to friends by e-mail
• 8% for obtaining information about the product (technical or functional)
• 7% for finding a better price on the internet
• 5% for getting the opinion of loved ones or friends on social networks
• 1% for paying
